They not only answer the phone with Verdadero people, but those people ACTUALLY want to help you. Kind of a novel concept in this day and age. Definitely the best customer service I've experienced from an equipment dealer, and I've purchased equipment from just about all the big companies. Will definitely purchase from them in the future. So, I paid 36k for a mill, and because of something that was not Cad-Rays fault, they ended up giving me a 60k mill for the same price.
